UK Order Delivery 

 

At Bluebells Home Online our aim is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please note, however, that any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Bluebells Home Online makes every effort to dispatch goods on time but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated times.

We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

Pick Up In-store - FREE (Open 9am to 5pm Mon-Sat, Sun 10am-4pm)

UK Delivery Orders over £30 - FREE

Standard Delivery - £2.95

Express Delivery/Next Working Day - £5.95

 

Option 1: Pick Up In-Store -Free of Charge - the goods can be ordered and paid for online and collected at our Basildon store at no additional cost.

Option 2: Free UK ShippingOrders sub-totalling £30.00 or more will be delivered to you free of charge to any address located in Mainland UK, and normally within 3-5 working days. If you wish to receive your order sooner then please select Express Delivery options.
Option 3: Standard Delivery at a flat rate of £2.95 -To any address located in Mainland UK. Normally delivered within 3-5 working days. 

Option 4: Express Delivery / Next Working day at a flat rate of £5.95- Excluding Scotland, Northern Ireland Channel Islands & Isle of Wight. Orders placed before 12:30 pm will normally be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Shipping costs indicated above are for all UK deliveries. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping destination. If the goods purchased are not able to be dispatched within the timescale indicated, then we will notify you. Delivery times quoted are estimates based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

If Bluebells Home Online is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of order, the Customer will be entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to Bluebells Home Online in respect of that order to be refunded. In order to cancel, the Customer must send written notice of cancellation to Bluebells Home Online after the above date, but before delivery of the goods or notification from Bluebells Home Online that the goods are ready for delivery. Bluebells Home Online does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Customer notifies Bluebells Home Online of the shortage or damage in writing within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.

The customer has to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery unless previously requested and agreed.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.

Title of the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by Bluebells Home Online

If the customer cannot accept delivery, Bluebells Home Online may at its option: (1) store and insure the goods at the Customer’s expense and risk or (2) sell the goods at the best price reasonably obtainable and (after deducting reasonable storage insurance and selling costs) pay to the Customer any excess over the sale price or charge the Customer for any shortfall or (3) re-arrange delivery provided that Bluebells Home Online may charge the Customer for the additional delivery costs incurred.

Force Majeure

Where, despite its reasonable efforts, Bluebells Home Online is unable to perform an obligation due to force majeure, it shall not be deemed to be in breach of its contract with the Customer.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or faulty on arrival
In the unlikely event that an item you have purchased from us arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to request a replacement or refund. To request a refund, you can contact us via our primary email address bluebellshome@outlook.com.

Please provide pictures of the damage or the fault including any damage to packaging so that we can better understand how it occurred, and ensure that we can improve our methods and checking process to avoid disappointing future customers.

If an item does arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us right away with the above mentioned steps in order to facilitate a prompt resolution, we pride ourselves on customer service and value your positive experience of shopping with us.


Cancellation

When buying an item online, you are not seeing the item in person and we understand that you may wish to change your mind after purchasing. You have the right to change your mind about a purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. During this period you may contact us via email or by using the contact form on our website expressing your wish to cancel your order and quoting the order number which will be WEBXXXXX (Where X will be a series of numbers). Your order number will have been emailed to you and will also be stated on the paper invoice / delivery note. If you are having trouble finding your order number you can call our landline telephone number 01268 282 187 and we will be able to assist you. Following your email, we will contact you to discuss the procedure which will be as follows:

The item must be returned to us intact, with both product and packaging undamaged to be resold. The customer must arrange for the item to be returned to us after which we will issue a refund for the item minus the cost of shipping. After notifying us of your intention to return the item, you must return it to us within another 14 days. Please do not return the item to us without first discussing with us, as we will need to receive the return and identify it correctly and lack of communication can potentially cause delays or issues. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling your order within 14 days, but you must notify us. Outside of the 14 day initial period we may not accept a return.

Please note that an item must be returned by the person who bought the item (the individual named on the invoice as the buyer, not the recipient), you cannot return an item on behalf of another person.
